The first-ever Miss International Queen Philippines crowned its first winner on March 6, 2022, at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City, Manila.
Fuschia Anne Ravena from Cebu City was crowned the first-ever winner of Miss International Queen Philippines. She competed against 26 transgender candidates from all over the Philippines. Anne Patricia Lorenzo of Manila was the 1st Runner-Up, while Shane Lee Ahn of Cebu City was crowned the 2nd Runner-Up.
Miss International Queen is regarded as the biggest transgender competition which is annually held in Pattaya, Thailand.
Miss International Queen Philippines will serve as the national pageant that crowns a Philippine representative to compete in Miss International Queen. Prior to Miss International Queen Philippines, there have already been Philippine trans women who have competed in Miss International Queen in Thailand.
Those who have made a name for themselves on the international stage are Kevin Balot and Trixie Maristela, who have been crowned the winners of the prestigious transgender competition in 2012 and 2015 respectively.
The reigning winner for Miss International Queen is Valentina Fluchaire of Mexico. Fuschia Anne Ravena will compete in the Miss International Queen pageant which will be held on June 25, 2022 in Pattaya Thailand.
